Made to Order: All items are made to order. Each piece is produced specifically for your order, so production times apply before shipment.

Production Time: Please allow 1–5 business days for production. During peak seasons or sales there may be occasional additional delays.

Shipping Time: Shipping time varies by location. Expect delivery to take approximately 4–16 business days after production is complete, depending on your city, state, or country.

Total Timeframe: Combine production and shipping for an estimated total of 5–21 business days from order placement to delivery.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships so you can monitor delivery progress.

International Orders & Customs: International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, duties, or taxes which can add to delivery time. These fees, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays: Unexpected delays (carrier issues, weather, customs) may extend delivery time. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate.
